About Estate Plans
We look forward to speaking with you about your estate planning needs!
Can I benefit from Estate Planning?
Estate planning is not only for the wealthiest individuals to leave assets to their heirs. Most people can use estate planning services to protect their finances and wishes, which protects the future of your loved ones.
Why have us do your Estate Plan?
There are many attorneys who can set up an estate plan, but few who take pride in providing each and every client with a plan that truly suits their needs. We believe in the importance of the services we provide, and strive to approach each situation with the respect and consideration that you deserve. We also believe that Estate Planning should be affordable and accessible for everyone who wants to take care of their families and work hard to find the service that works best for your needs at a price you can afford.
What does the process look like?
Having us put together a comprehensive estate plan package is probably a lot easier than you think. Spend a few minutes looking over the information on our website, and when you are comfortable, just call to set up an appointment, or use the link to request an appointment electronically.
Our initial meeting to gather necessary information usually takes only 30-45 minutes. After approving the drafts, we prepare the originals to sign and notarize. That's it!

About William Paupe, Jr.
As William's Father was a U.S. diplomat, he grew up living in a variety of countries, including Guam, Korea and Fiji. When his father retired in 1987, his family moved to Kailua and he never left the Windward side, now calling Kaneohe his home and is very grateful to have been in practice since 2003.
Education
William went to St. Anthony school in Kailua, then onto Maryknoll High School and next to the University of Hawaii at Manoa. For law school, William graduated from the Willamette University College of Law, but returned home immediately after, always knowing that he wanted to live and work in Hawaii.
