That way you know exactly what expenses will be involved and no unexpected bills or cost surprises. This means that the fee includes any costs involved with document copy and postage fees.
For a Single (unmarried) Person*
For those clients who receive a revocable trust estate plan, it includes the following documents:

-Deed in Trust (included for up to 3 properties)
FLAT FEE=$1,500 (does not include recording fee for deed in trust)
For a Married Couple*
For those married clients who receive a revocable trust estate plan, it includes the following documents for EACH SPOUSE:
-Revocable Living Trust
-Last Will & Testament
-General Power of Attorney
-Advance Health Care Directive
-Deed in Trust (included for up to 3 properties)
FLAT FEE=$2,200 (does not include recording fee for deed in trust)
Fee Schedule for Individual Documents for Single Person (non-trust estate packages)*
-Last Will & Testament = $600.00
-General Power of Attorney = $75.00
-Advance Health Care Directive = $75.00
-BASIC ESTATE PACKAGE (includes all above in this subsection) = $700.00
Fee Schedule for Individual Documents for Married Couple (non-trust estate packages)*
-Last Will & Testament (for each spouse) = $900.00
-General Power of Attorney (for each spouse) = $100.00
-Advance Health Care Directive (for each spouse)= $100.00
